Beginning salsa lessons start at 7pm.
Beginning, Level 1, is a progressive four-week series. Review of each concept with repetition and new concepts are taught every week. Concepts taught are basic footwork, introduction to styling, leading and following techniques. A great way to smile, socialize, and exercise. No partner necessary. Pair of dance shoes (preferably with suede soles), socks are acceptable or sneakers with white soles.
Intermediate salsa lessons start at 8pm.
Level 2 is about challenging the Salsa Basic foundation taught in Level 1 and to begin building the structure of pattern variations. Increase new footwork variations, partner connection technique, speed and transitions. No
partner necessary.
This is the third location opened by Salsa With Rebecca. Classes are taught in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Salsa with Rebecca helps make dancing less intimidating for beginners as well as insightful and challenging for more advanced dancers.
Classes are $50 per 4 week series, $45 discounted PayPal price per series.
Drop-in welcome. $15 per drop-in. No partner necessary.
