Winter Park real estate boasts some of the higest per sq. ft. prices in the greater Orlando area, while Windermere prides itself for some of the higher average sales values. The average home in Windermere Florida sold for $1,104,414 in 2011 compared to $1,052,388 in 2010.
Windermere also resisted the highest sale in the greater Orlando area. Winter Park came in second and a close third was Orlando.
