Marionat Bridal Redesigns and Revamps the Fall 2012 Wedding Dress Collection

Feb. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- This season Marionat Bridal under the fashion direction of Julie Levitt and Lisa Rothchild have redesigned the look and feel of their Fall 2012 wedding dress collection, Magnolia by Marionat. The gowns this season embody all the traditional elements of a timeless wedding gown with Basque waists, beautiful Alencon laces and gorgeous beaded appliques. Yet, the gowns this season also exhibit a twist of the future with sheer organza back panels with string beading, center ruching for that slim look, and silhouettes that show off a bride’s beautiful curves. “They are wedding gowns that really speak to a bride-to-be; they fit in with the current trends, are at an affordable price, and hang onto all the great traditions that a wedding gown should” said Ms. Levitt, Fashion Director for Magnolia by Marionat. Ms. Levitt explained that the inspiration for this season’s collection was the dreaming bride. “Our main question we asked ourselves was what dresses are the brides-to-be envisioning themselves in? If they could wear their dream wedding gown what would the style, the cut, the fabric, the sparkle, the over all look and feel be?’” The fashion team wanted to give each bride their dream dress and make them feel unique, beautiful, special and most importantly like a beautiful bride on their wedding day.

In addition to the styling changes happening to the wedding gowns the fashion team at Marionat has also revamped their jewelry line this season. Every girl wants to wear earrings from Cartier or a triple strand necklace from Harry Winston, though for most brides that is not in their price point. The new jewelry line has been styled with those looks and feelings in mind. There are dainty elegant pieces, fun vintage styled pieces and outright stunning pieces. Ms. Levitt explains “the inspiration behind our new line were the wants and desires of every bride-to-be which is to look like they are wearing high fashion, high design that is worth a high price. So we are giving that to you, high fashion at high quality but without the high price.
