Attorney Joerg F. Jaeger Confirms he is Running as a Republican for Orange-Osceola State Attorney

Feb. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Attorney Joerg F. Jaeger from Jaeger & Blankner, an Orlando, Florida criminal defense firm confirmed earlier this week that he will be running as a Republican for Orange-Osceola State Attorney. With Mr. Jaeger entering the race, incumbent Lawson Lamar will now be facing three opponents in the upcoming November election, with Democrats Jeff Ashton and Ryan Williams running in the Democratic primary this coming August.

Jaeger says that he put $100,000 of his own money to fund his campaign. He says that if he wins, he vows to contribute one-quarter of his salary to victims’ advocacy groups. “I’m not going to ask for money from anybody,” Jaeger said. “That way I won’t owe anybody anything.”

Attorney Jaeger was in Tallahassee last week where he filed the necessary paperwork. His name officially appeared as a candidate on the Florida Division of Elections website late Monday.
