Creative Print Publishing Ltd September 2011 Crime Genre Competition Winner Announced

Creative Print Publishing Ltd announce the September 2011 Unpublished Author Crime Genre Competition Winner.

PRLog - Feb. 16, 2012 - Creative Print Publishing Ltd. is proud to announce their September 2011 Crime Genre Unpublished Authors Competition Winner.

We apologise for the long delay in presenting the results, alas this has been a real tough genre to choose from.

Another month, another first-class entry from talented writers, and, as always, only one winner.
The genre was Crime. This was interpreted in several ways, all equally valid.

The winner chosen was Patsy Collins for her book Escape To The Country. Congratulations to Patsy.

Escape To The Country by Patsy Collins
Patsy lives in Hampshire, United Kingdom.

This wonderful title is planned for paperback release Late March with the Kindle versions shortly.

Keep your eyes open for the winner of the October competition.
The result will be announced very shortly.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR.
Patsy Collins lives on the south coast of England, with her fiance.

Over 150 of her stories have been published in a range of British,
Irish, South African and Australian magazines including Woman’s
Weekly, Take a Break's Fiction Feast, The Weekly News, Woman’s Day,
That's Life! and My Weekly.

Patsy maintains a blog where she gives details of free to enter
writing competitions,  rambles on about about writing, gardening,
cakes, and other random stuff that interests her. She'd love you to
visit Patsy-Collins.blogspot.com and perhaps share your thoughts on
these important matters.

She entered Creative Print Publishing's monthly competition after
featuring it on her blog and encouraging other writers to have a go.
She decided to follow her advice and when she was informed her story,
'Escape to the Country' had beaten over 600 other novels and would
therefore be published she was very pleased she did.

'Escape to the Country' is her first published novel. It's set in
Kent, a county she visits regularly for the wonderful scenery,
gorgeous gardens and historic buildings. Patsy likes to research her
stories thoroughly, so before writing this story she lived on a small
farm for 26 years and learned to milk cows, drive tractors and deliver
calves just as her main character Leah does. She also tried getting
rescued from mud by handsome strangers, but was less successful at
that.

Director Phillip Grizzell of Creative Print Publishing Ltd says "This is a genuine, no fee competition that stretches over 12 months."
