Xander Demos Has Fans Pick Next Single, Opens Pre-order For CJ Snare-produced CD

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 16, 2012 - Xander Demos, the shred-tastic metal guitarist from Pittsburgh, PA is asking fans on his Facebook "like" page to select his upcoming single release.  Starting today, and continuing for the next several days, fans of the melodic metal instrumentalist will be able to choose between two posted songs from Xander's soon-to-be-released CD, "Guitarcadia."  

Known for being extremely fan-friendly and interactive, Xander has chosen this method as a way of making sure that his fans get exactly what they want:  "I'll be doing two a day until a winner is selected. The winner is going to be selected by YOU ALL - not me this time around," Xander posted on his Facebook wall at http://www.facebook.com/xanderdemosmusic.  His Facebook page currently boasts more than 5400 fans.  Once the new single is chosen, it will be promoted worldwide by Cameron Tilbury Publicity, who are among the leading international radio promoters.

The Facebook contest coincides with the start of pre-orders for Xander's debut CD.  The aforementioned "Guitarcadia" is being mixed and mastered by CJ Snare from the band Firehouse, and it is scheduled for a February 29th release.  Fans who take advantage of the pre-order at http://www.steelcityguitar.com will receive a signed and numbered copy of the CD once it is released.
