Business Building Webinars for Awning Industry Now Available

The Professional Awning Manufacturer (PAMA) has produced three webinars on business building solutions for the awning industry that provide practical ways to examine and manage new revenue streams.

Three Practical, Profitable Ideas
The first of the three seminars, Business Expansion: Assessing Market Potential, is presented by Jeff Susbauer, a professor at Cleveland State University, and provides insights into a variety of topics including expansion strategies and tactics, as well as how to asses new market opportunities.

Taking a different tack, PAMA member Pete Weingartner, CPP, of Queen City Awning, Dayton, OH, presents Out of Town Project Management which includes practical tips and approaches that improve efficiency and profitability.

Finally, Reed Awning Company Director of Operations William Morse, examines how adding services to your existing business can help increase your bottom line with the 35-minute webinar, Awning Maintenance Operations. This session underscores the advantages of adding awning cleaning services to your existing business and practical ways to add jobs, customers and repeat business to your business model.
