Bio-Pro Research Names Roger Grenier To Serve As Chief Executive Officer

Feb. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- William F. Hadley, founder of Bio-Pro Research (http://www.bio-proresearch.com/), has named Roger Grenier to serve as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. The company is a leading manufacturer of stain and odor removers and cleaning products under the trade names of Urine Off®, ecokleen™, CoffeeOFF®, WineOFF® and more. Company products are distributed nationally as well as exported to more than 55 countries.

Mr. Grenier has served since February of 2009 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Hadley Companies. Roger’s thirty-plus year career has been spent in senior management positions in a variety of industries. Included in his curriculum vitae is his service as CFO of a computer manufacturer, Accounting Director with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Controller at Freddie Mac, Controller of a hardware distribution company, CFO for a behavioral health software developer, and as a commercial and residential realtor.

“Over the past three years, Roger has done an excellent job in consolidating our operations in Hickory (North Carolina) and implementing necessary financial controls. It is now time to utilize his organizational skills to take overall responsibility for the profitable growth of Bio-Pro Research,” Mr. Hadley was quoted as saying.

Mr. Grenier takes up his duties immediately and succeeds Mr. Hadley, the founder, who has assumed the position of Chairman of the newly formed Board of Advisors that will guide the Company’s strategic initiatives.
