PRLog - Feb. 16, 2012 - KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait -- Pro Vision Marketing and PACE (Center for Professional Development and Continuing Education) jointly organized and hosted the MarketSense Symposium, a marketing event that focused on creating a platform for marketers and people connected to the marketing field in Kuwait to share their knowledge and experience with their peers. The event was held at the GUST (Gulf University for Science & Technology) campus in Mishref.
It focused on topics like branding, new-age marketing, social media and loyalty marketing to name a few. The speakers were individuals with strong connections within the local community and experience in various sub-components of marketing. Featuring content rich topics, some presentations showcased live examples of how technologies have changed to help markets and business people cope with the increasing demands of managing business successfully.
“We are at the beginning of a new era, not only in the media industry but in the way we do business in general” said Rasheed Al Abduljader, Chairman of Pro Vision marketing in his opening address. “The way things are going, the future looks very promising. We hope after attending this event, you will leave with a better understanding of how things work.”
MarketSense was attended by a variety of people including marketing professionals from leading companies in Kuwait, business owners and consultants as well as the students and faculty of GUST.
