coolingZONE LED 2012 Conference Call for Papers

Feb. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- coolingZONE and InnovationFAB will be hosting a dedicated conference on LED thermal management and smartCooling May 29-31, 2012 in Berlin, Germany.  The conference has opened up a call for papers and solicitation for exhibition.

This conference is a combination of the technical and manufacturers presentations on thermal management of LEDs and a series of technical short courses dedicated to thermal management and characterization of LEDs.

Papers and speakers are being solicited on the following and their related topics:

• Role of temperature in reliability estimations and life expectancy predictions of LED based lighting
• LED energy consumption and their comparison with other lighting methods
• LED cooling – from natural convection to liquid cooling
