600 Brickell Signs Doral Money Inc.

Feb. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza has finalized a lease agreement with Doral Money Inc. The New York-based commercial and construction mortgage lender will occupy 20,137 square feet on the 36th floor.

Noël Steinfeld, and Chris Dekker of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord and developer, Foram Group, in the transaction.  Doral Money was represented by John Picco and Diana Parker of Cushman Wakefield.

This is the second financial institution that has leased at 600 Brickell. Crédit Agricole Private Banking Miami, the affiliate of the Paris-based international banking organization Crédit Agricole Group currently occupies the 37th floor.
