Upgrades include new interfaces for managing leads and configuring custom surveys. Exhibitors using SWAP 2.4 note the redesigned interface is easier and more efficient to use, while the new custom survey feature assists in identifying and qualifying prospects.
All leads and survey answers are uploaded to a proprietary online portal where they are managed and/or distributed to booth personnel. SWAP 2.4 users now have the ability to view leads by salesperson, demographics, survey answers, or searches using multiple criteria. Leads can also be exported to Excelfor use outside of the SWAP portal.
