NDS InfoServ Announces New Senior Vice President Heads US Mortgage Practice Division

Feb. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- (Dallas, TX) February 15, 2012 — NDS InfoServ, a leading global technology and business process outsourcing organization, announced today the appointment of Harold Phillips, senior vice president who will head its domestic mortgage practice division.  Phillips’ new role will focus on expanding client acquisitions among banks, credit unions, servicers, investors, mortgage companies, and other mortgage related entities throughout the US.   Harold will report to Nick Loy, Senior Director, North American Operations, and will domicile out of the Dallas, Texas office.

Harold possesses 17 years of mortgage banking experience within the origination, underwriting, funding, post closing, risk management, compliance, servicing, loss mitigation, and mortgage default space. Phillips comes to us from Fannie Mae where he was Director, Strategic Customer Management.  Some of Phillips’ previous roles include Director, Business Development with Corelogic, President with PFC Financial Group, Division Vice President with Bank of America, and Regional Vice President with JP Morgan Chase Bank.  Harold holds a BS, Business Administration, MBA, Finance from California Lutheran University, and is currently a doctoral candidate to earn his Doctor of Business Administration (Strategy & Innovation Specialization) credential.
