Harold possesses 17 years of mortgage banking experience within the origination, underwriting, funding, post closing, risk management, compliance, servicing, loss mitigation, and mortgage default space. Phillips comes to us from Fannie Mae where he was Director, Strategic Customer Management. Some of Phillips’ previous roles include Director, Business Development with Corelogic, President with PFC Financial Group, Division Vice President with Bank of America, and Regional Vice President with JP Morgan Chase Bank. Harold holds a BS, Business Administration, MBA, Finance from California Lutheran University, and is currently a doctoral candidate to earn his Doctor of Business Administration (Strategy & Innovation Specialization)
