AccuPrint Rapidly Adopted by Community Banks

Since the launch of AccuPrint in late 2011, 20% of AccuAccount users have adopted the platform. AccuPrint minimizes the operational burden associated with loan document management.

PRLog - Feb. 16, 2012 - PUEBLO, Colo. -- AccuSystems launched its AccuPrint application in late 2011.  Since its initial launch, AccuPrint has been adopted by over 20% of the banks using AccuAccount.  The platform eliminates much of the printing and scanning traditionally involved with document management.

AccuPrint was designed to minimize the operational burden of managing loan files.  Users of the platform have reported that AccuPrint significantly streamlines the loan management process.

AccuPrint is an add-on application for AccuAcount.  This tool allows banks to “print” into AccuAccount from any window on their computer.  AccuPrint also offers an intuitive “drag and drop” feature, allowing loan officers to instantly import documents or files.  

AccuAccount is used by banks to manage commercial loan files.  Deposit and trust files can also be managed by AccuAccount, thus eliminating the need for manual tickler files.  The company’s AccuDoc software is designed for tracking departmental documents.  HR files, insurance documents, and other files can be managed within AccuDoc.  AccuSystems also offers its Tickler Tracking System for banks that require a simple tracking platform.
