Feb. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Pensacola, FL (February 14, 2012)-BP’s Bob Dudley reported from London, England a stunning financial report concerning BP while Ken Feinberg listened. Dudley, stated “BP is settling claims ...more advertisement in the Gulf Coast Region ...more tourism in the Gulf Region ...BP plans to advertise for BP service stations ... more profits than ever before with long term future gains for BP Shareholder’s” as indicated in BP Dudley's NY Time's article, http://www.nytimes.com/2012/02/08/business/global/bp-reports-stronger-q4-earnings-in-2011.html?_r=2 .

Operation People for Peace, Inc, Chair-Art Rocker says, “BP’s Bob Dudley never spoke of BP’s PE ratio or percentage of earning and losses of the Poor People in the Gulf Region who have lost their entire cash economy for a life time.  He never talked in terms of cash generation or PE ratio earnings of individuals or small businesses such as shrimpers, oystermen, maids, cooks, poor people and others that BP has not settle claims with. This group encompasses the people who make less than $14,000.00 a year who are mostly single moms and grandmothers that have an average of 3 children per family and for generations have made cash from their services in the Gulf Coast Region.” Rocker continues, “BP failed to mention the number of small churches and pastors in our communities that have lost various programs and tithes in their churches.  What about the shareholders of community churches and families who share their faith in these churches who are in a financial tailspin with back payments on their properties? Bob Dudley of BP failed to mention the nickels, dimes and quarter’s ministers and churches were once able to collect for their small congregations in the Gulf Coast region. These churches have filed claims but have not been paid. BP refuses to advertise about the number of poor people that they have affected in a $146 billion dollar seafood industry in the Gulf Coast Region. Bob Dudley never talks about the high PE ratio and earnings that he collects from the gas prices at the BP Stations in the communities of the poor. He does not speak about the high earnings and PE ratio profits which he makes from the target areas in the poor communities who pump gas in his BP services stations, located in the same communities who have not had their claims paid. BP's Bob Dudley has never spoken about the long term effects BP will have and has had on children, the elderly and all people in the Gulf Coast region due to health issues surrounding the chemical dispersants used post the BP Oil Spill in the Gulf Coast.

Dick Gregory vows to Bob Dudley with BP and Ken Feinberg who refuse to pay the claims, “See you at the 2012 Olympics in London and before.”

Art Rocker says, “We are continuing to develop a Petition that represents over 750,000 people in the Gulf Coast Region to deliver to two presidents, the first one is Bob Dudley of BP and the next is President Barrack Obama, stating one message ...BP’s Bob Dudley you have left the most significant Shareholder out of the formula, poor people, their economic damages, their health damages and those of their communities. Those who average PE ratio or percentage of returns are nibbles of BP’s and Bob Dudley’s earnings.”
