Tex LNB Taxi offers new Senior Citizen Ride Service in the SE Houston Clear Lake Area

Feb. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- February 14, 2012 – The need to expand services for the elderly is clearly on the rise because of the aging population. Tex's LNB Taxi of Friendswood has recognized the importance of providing service to senior citizens and conceived a new and unique concept in transportation for seniors and older adults.
Tex's LNB Taxi provides more than just the traditional car service by having “senior-focused” transportation and accompaniment. The highlight of their service is the warm and accommodating “silver foxes” or assisting staff, who personally come to the elderly person’s home, transport them to their destination, wait with them there (if desired for an extra fee) and then take them home safely and securely. The company has diverged from the norms of transportation services like wheelchair vans, or car services so often seen today, which only pick up clients at the curb and will not assist or accompany aged customers. Tex's LNB Taxi will provide the "extra care and safety" for the senior citizen passenger.
Our Senior Services was born out of a need to bridge a large gap in available transportation services for seniors and older adults. They aim to provide older adults with excellent quality specialized transportation and services by their highly competent staff.

They also have services such as vacation accompaniment, airport service, plus a special assistant is available extra to accompany Alzheimer patients when scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
