NetIQ Security Strategist to Present at RSA Conference 2012

Feb. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- What:  Michael F. Angelo, chief security architect at NetIQ and Ronald LaPedis, principal at Seacliff Partners International, LLC, will present “Biometrics and Access Token Technology, 10 Years Later…” at the RSA Conference in San Francisco, CA.

In 2011, RSA experienced a highly publicized hack, and numerous companies have since tried to take advantage of this event. A number of organizations are proposing biometrics, token technologies and other tools to help prevent a reoccurrence of this type of attack. This presentation will evaluate whether or not these devices are ready for primetime, beyond their initial use (authentication) after release to market more than 10 years ago.
