Feb. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- It's not always a glamorous life in the music industry. In fact, it rarely is -- because, like any other industry, it's closely tied with many legal practices and issues.

During “DA Radio Shows Winter Music Conference,” they plan on making things a little easier for indie artists.

Attorney Atyria S. Clark, Esq. will cover the importance of understanding the music business, the impact of law in today's music industry, music contracts, copyrighting as well as trademarks.

DA Radio Show’s music panel consists of a diverse group of professionals, such as recording engineers, producers, seasoned music executives and attorneys, all offering expert commentary. Other industry experts on the panel will cover technology and how to establish a record label.

This is a great opportunity for artists to get feedback on their music in front of an audience of music industry professionals.

Artists will get basic answers to their music/entertainment business and intellectual property law questions.  Receive personalized feedback and “how to” advice for business start-ups, media ventures, and music business endeavors.
