Additionally, Sam Poston, partner and leader of ScottMadden’s corporate & shared services practice, will serve as conference chair and moderate the panel, The Talent Management Imperative: Do You Have the Capability to Win in Today’s Hyper-Competitive Environment?, which will explore the core aspects of attaining, developing, and retaining top talent. Lastly, Doug Utley, ScottMadden partner, will host an HR technology panel to discuss the latest HR technology trends and issues.
