Bella Vista Homes to Expand in 2012 with New Communities and Fresh Designs

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 13, 2012 - Bella Vista Homes’ number of closings grew by 36% in 2011, and the homebuilder plans to expand its local presence in new communities and with new plan designs in 2012.
   Due to its strength and continued growth in the San Antonio and New Braunfels market, Bella Vista Homes plans to open a minimum of five new communities in 2012. These communities in northeast San Antonio and New Braunfels will offer innovative plans and extraordinary standard features.

   Bella Vista Homes has just opened two new communities on the northeast side, both of which feature convenient access to Ft. Sam Houston, the San Antonio Military Medical Center, or SAMMC (formerly BAMC), Randolph Air Force Base and area freeways. Northeast Crossing, located near IH-35 and Eisenhauer Road off Woodlake Parkway, features trend-setting universal design in its plans for easy living and starts currently from the $120’s.  Escondido Meadows, located off Binz-Engleman near FM 1516, is a family-friendly community with convenient access to area golf courses and shopping.    Bella Vista Homes is now selling in its newest unit of Saddle Creek Ranch with a new model set to open in the Spring. This Cibolo community features one- and two-story plans currently starting from the $160’s. Saddle Creek Ranch is in the highly sought-after Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD and has a junior Olympic sized pool, half court basketball, a community clubhouse, a playscape for the kids and two picnic areas for the whole family to enjoy.
