Life sized Chocolate Hearts by Carl Young

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 13, 2012 - According to Carl Young:  “Most of the time we are creating high end, collectable metal, glass or ceramic sculptures. Sometimes we do plaster but we thought just once a year, Let’s do Chocolate!” It’s a new media choice & this is the time of the year to put it out there & see what happens.”

I always like to do things a little different. There have been attempts to create chocolate breasts by chocolatiers around the world but none were able to do more than one or two. We can create mountains of large breasts in chocolate! We are doing the heart shaped pieces right now but soon we will do a full torso. Why Not?

The media will love the opportunity to photograph these (and the glass pieces also) but to do it they'll have to make an appointment. We're geard up for Valentines right now.
