Tiffany English Elected President of CREW San Diego

Feb. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- San Diego, California – Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb is proud to announce Director, Interior Architecture & Design Tiffany English has been elected President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) San Diego (www.crewsandiego.org). Founded in 1983, CREW San Diego is a local chapter of CREW Network, an international organization comprised of over 8,000 commercial real estate professionals from a wide array of industry disciplines.

Tiffany has been a member of CREW Network for over 7 years, initially joining the Sacramento chapter. She joined the San Diego chapter after relocating in 2006, where she has held key leadership roles including Vice President of Membership and President-Elect on the 2011 Board of Directors and also served as the chapter’s national delegate in 2009. In addition, Tiffany is active in NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the International Interior Design Association, San Diego (IIDA).  

Tiffany is acknowledged as a leader in the commercial real estate industry, having received various commendations including CREW San Diego Chapter’s Most Deals Done (2011) and Networker of the Year (2010), CREW Connections - Most Deals Done (2009), and YWCA San Diego County TWIN Award (2008). Tiffany was recognized on the Engineering News Record (ENR) 20 Under 40 listing in 2011, and was nominated for the San Diego Business Journal Women Who Mean Business Award in 2011 and 2009. In addition, she has designed a number of highly successful, award winning projects including 450 B Street in downtown San Diego, which was awarded the prestigious “The Office Building of the Year (TOBY)” Award from Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA). In May 2010, Tiffany authored “Design Strategies to Jump Start Your Real Estate Asset” published in the San Diego Daily Transcript.

Tiffany shares, “CREW has been an integral part of my professional and personal growth in the Commercial Real Estate industry.  I have developed long lasting and strong relationships being a member of CREW and continue to do so year after year.  I am looking forward to my year as the San Diego Chapter’s President and being a part of the growth of the CREW chapter and the success of our members.  I continue to help CREW gain exposure in the industry as an organization based on building strong relationships amongst a diverse group of commercial real estate professionals.  I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of such a great organization and what it stands for in this industry.”
