Feb. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Valentine’s Night may well be romantic, but it’s only one night of the year. The old adage ‘the couple who play together stay together’ still holds true. Trying a new sporting activity together is a great way to inject some new life into your relationship, have fun and keep both of you fit – and apparently cardiovascular exercise is also very effective in enhancing your pheromone production!

Coining a new saying, ‘couples who ski together will be together’, The Snow Centre at Hemel Hempstead is encouraging couples to take up skiing or snowboarding. For those with doubts they point out the fact that there is no ‘gender advantage’ in skiing or snowboarding – it’s all about technique – so couples can develop and improve at the same level.

In addition to a thrilling new experience, couples booking a lesson at the Snow Centre on February 14th will be treated to a glass of champagne, so they can celebrate their success on the slopes.

With 160m of slopes, the Snow Centre is the closest real snow to the centre of London and also boasts the UK's largest lesson area. Recognised as the UK’s only Centre of Excellence by BASI (British Association of Snow Sport Instructors), the centre has a team of around 120 qualified instructors providing first class tuition at all skill levels.
Lessons at The Snow Centre start from £34 for an adult.
