Talks to forge closer ties began in 2011 after the two companies had collaborated on a major overseas project which included an extensive conveyor system, layer palletisers and robot palletising. Many synergies already exist between the respective businesses, including a strong commitment to customer service and after-sales support. In addition, both CKF and Clevertech are privately owned businesses, respected for their engineering expertise and R&D in new technologies.
