OCBC represents and promotes the business community, working with government and academia to enhance Orange County’s economic development and prosperity in order to preserve a high quality of life. Frank’s practice is concentrated in general real estate, including purchase, sale and development and commercial leasing transactions involving income producing property, hotels and resorts, retail, residential, vacant land, solar, alternative energy and other uses; commercial leasing; Mexico real estate law; and zoning and land use. Frank is the founder of Magical Builders, a non-profit organization that partners with community children, local and national businesses and volunteers to renovate and improve facilities of children’s non-profit organizations across the country. In Orange County, Magical Builders partnered with the Angels Baseball Foundation to build youth ball-fields during the 2010 Major League Baseball All-Star Week. Frank also sits on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Ana.
