Feb. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- ‘If The Bow Fits’ was founded in 2008 by stay-at-home mother of two Pamela Horn, who left her job as a make-up artist to pursue her dreams as a fashion designer for moms and children. Originally starting out catering to babies and young girls, ‘If The Bow Fits’ has recently expanded to accessorize trendy moms and tweens, as well as style celebrity mothers and their children.
