Demet Ozdemir leads Ernst & Young’s Private Transaction Support group in Turkey and also serves as Private Equity Leader for Turkey.Since the merger of Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen in September 2002, Ozdemir has specialized in corporate finance, advising clients on numerous M&A transactions, privatization projects and providing buy/sell side due diligence services for/on local and international companies and private equity houses. Ozdemir has served some of the firm’s largest PE clients investing in Turkey.Prior to the merger, Ozdemir spent 10 years at Andersen, six years of which in the audit practice and four years in investment banking.

Ozdemir is a qualified Independent Public Accountant and Financial Advisor (SMMM) in Turkey and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Turkey. She also holds an MSc degree in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics in the UK.

David Wilton

David Wilton is the Chief Investment Officer and Manager of Global Private Equity and Investment Funds at International Finance Corporation. He previously managed the World Bank Pension Fund’s private equity and real estate portfolios. Prior to that, Wilton analysed the functioning of money and bond markets in many emerging markets for the World Bank to identify improvements that would lower the cost of government funding and improve private access. He is also a Member of the Advisory Board at ZN Mexico Trust I and ZN Mexico Trust II, L.P. Wilton is a Member of Africa Council of Emerging Markets Private Equity Association.
