LandQwest Commercial Recognizes Agents for Successful 2011

(February 10, 2012) – LandQwest Commercial, a Fort Myers based commercial real estate brokerage, recently honored several of its real estate professionals at the company’s annual recap and sales meeting.  Top Producer for LandQwest Commercial in 2011 was Tom Strauss.  He also earned the award for most transactions with 35 of the 119 total transactions LandQwest completed. Strauss represents retail properties from Tampa to Naples, specializing in third party landlord leasing and tenant and landlord representation.

The award for largest retail transaction went to Tom Strauss and Matt Yaniglos, SCDP, CLS, for the lease of 39,795 SF to Big Lots Stores at Cortez Commons in Bradenton, Florida.  The largest office transaction and largest investment transaction for LandQwest Commercial in 2011 were earned by Adam Palmer, CCIM, for the sale of a 44,248 square foot office park, Countryside Commons, in Naples, Florida . Mike Doyle, CCIM, was presented with the largest industrial transaction for the lease of 25,000 square feet at 1681 Baseline Court in Fort Myers, Florida. Rich Sommerville negotiated the largest land transaction with the sale of 15.68 acres in Naples, Florida to Habitat For Humanity of Collier County, Inc.
