PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 10, 2012 - The new module is intended to offer passengers increased information and security when making bookings – particularly those essential pre-bookings for important trips such as holiday airport jobs.  With this new release, customers can be sent a free text or e-mail to confirm the details of any booking, so they know that it has been logged correctly.  Passengers without access to a mobile phone or e-mail can simply be sent the details in the post, via a simple ‘Print Confirmation’ command.

For the taxi or private hire company, this offers a simple and completely integrated way to improve customer communications, and of course provide reassurance as to their professionalism and quality of service.

Additionally, customers who pre-pay by credit card can be e-mailed a credit card receipt via the system – and if they don’t have an e-mail address, there is again a ‘Print Confirmation’ command to allow one to be sent in the post.
