Microsoft will also deliver a range of industry solution templates that illustrate suitability and flexibility of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for specific industry needs. These industries include distribution, manufacturing, public sector, retail and services. The industry solution templates consist of data model, pre-configured dashboards, workflow process and sample data.
