GreenSavers Awarded COBA's Green Building Subcontractor of the Year Award.

Feb. 9, 2012 - PRLog -- (Bend, OR)- On January 19th, GreenSavers was awarded Central Oregon Builders Association’s (COBA) Green Building Subcontractor of the Year Award for 2011. The award represents outstanding service in providing energy efficiency improvements to homeowners in Central Oregon.

Green Savers performs several diagnostic tests to determine how effectively the home is maintaining the heating or cooling used to stay comfortable. These tests indicate how best to improve the efficiency of the home and help calculate the amount of incentives residents can expect to receive for completing the work on their homes. In 2011, GreenSavers completed nearly 400 home energy remodel jobs in Portland metro and Central Oregon.  These home energy improvement projects include:

The Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) is a non-profit trade association consisting of builders, subcontractors, material suppliers, lending institutions, utilities and many others whose primary interest is the promotion, protection and improvement of the building industry.
