Sword Ciboodle Maps Out its 2012 Global Events Schedule

Sword Ciboodle's Executive Team will also participate at certain events as industry experts and panel participants. Mitch Lieberman, Sword Ciboodle's VP of Market Strategy, will be a featured speaker at Gartner’s Customer 360 Summit with a session entitled, "The Growing Importance of Social Within the Modern Multi-Channel Contact Center." During the discussion Mitch will explore the types of channels companies are deploying, as well examine survey data that helps to answer questions such as how these channels are being leveraged and what the future holds.

At IQPC’s Executive Customer Contact Exchange in London, Sword Ciboodle’s customer ScottishPower will be leading a discussion on how they transformed their customer service experience with the help of Sword Ciboodle’s technology, delivering a consistent brand and service level across multiple channels. They will share details on how they exceeded regulatory service standards, as well as how it became an award winning contact center that operates in a highly complex, regulated and volatile industry.
