The design's focus is to make the site easy to navigate, thorough in the presentation and  explanation of PayTech's services and products and very customer service and support oriented. The support and customer assistance links go directly to our 24 hour available Support Ticket System and for potential customers a short merchant account application is provided. All communication from the website is distributed to the support or sales teams accordingly so we can respond quickly to any inquiry. In the near future secure pages for developer tools and a knowledge base for current customers will be added.
