IRVINE, Calif. -- Celebrating 10 years of hosting networking and educational events for the Southern California business and technology community, TechBiz Connection will host a forum designed to help entrepreneurs benefit from cloud computing on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the law offices of Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear in Irvine.
According to Jack Bicer, TechBiz Connection president, the "Cloud" is always-available software and services, delivered to any device on the Internet. “Consumers are using the cloud even if they don't know it,” Bicer said, “and we have assembled an expert panel that will discuss the pros and cons for entrepreneurs and business leaders to learn why and how your business can benefit from cloud computing.”
The panel moderator is Jeff Reid, CIO of Printronix, who has the global responsibility for information services where cloud/SaaS applications are heavily used, including SalesForce.Com, Concur, Blackline, and Success Factors. He keeps the business and IS worlds aligned, delivering value and technology to help the business be successful.
