In 1995, Jack and webmaster Mark Burgess setup the first place readers could get advanced versions of Jack’s books, camulod.com – so named for the “Camelot” of Whyte’s first series of novels which invented King Arthur’s family history. Well before Facebook, fans like “Cathy” and “Chief Scott” held colorful discussions on the site’s Forum, created by Burgess.
“Getting a chance to interact with my fans, hear their ideas and get their reactions has been priceless,” Whyte said.
The new site features all three series of Jack’s books including a three book series on the Knights Templar and his most recent series, focused on the Guardians of Scotland. A sample chapter of his second book in the Series “Renegade”
