Walter Haefeker Talks With June Stoyer, Host Of “The Organic View Radio Show” February 8, 2012

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 8, 2012 - New York— Walter Haefeker, President of the European Professional Beekeepers Association (EPBA), will be the featured guest on The Organic View Radio Show (www.theorganicview.com) with host, June Stoyer, on February 8th at 4p.m. Eastern. Mr. Haefeker was invited to visit Japan to address a conference on Bees and Neonicotinoids by the Japan Endocrine-disruptor Preventive Action (JEPA) Japanese and the Japanese honeybee association to report on Neonicotinoid situation in Europe and especially the disaster in Germany in 2008.

Walter Haefeker who is also on the Board of Directors of the German Professional Beekeepers Association (DBIB) since 2004, is the coordinator of the International Federation of Beekeepers’ Associations (Apimondia) Working Group 10 on GMOs and the impact on the beekeeping sector. He is the author of numerous articles on coexistence between beekeeping and GMO cultivation.
