As the region’s leading staffing and recruiting group, the addition of Salina is their latest move in an effort to continue their track record for rapid growth. With a full portfolio of growing brands, she will be charged with managing and increasing awareness for all companies in the BANK W Holdings portfolio while paving the way for future organizational expansion.

Before joining BANK W Holdings, LLC, Salina oversaw the Membership and Events for the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce where she built an extensive network and saw consistent growth in the chambers membership and promotional event attendance. Salina organized and managed multiple committees, large scale fundraising initiatives, and successful networking events. She continues to volunteer on the Chamber of Commerce’s eCoast board of directors. This organization is a dynamic network of technology businesses and professionals that foster regional economic growth and innovation. A lifelong New Hampshire resident, she resides in Exeter with her two children, Reiley and Carter.
