Waterbury Regional Chamber, Waterbury, Conn. to Host Legislative Dinner March 5

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 8, 2012 - On Monday, March 5, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., the  Waterbury Regional Chamber will host their annual Legislative Dinner. Held annually to provide Chamber members to hear first hand from our State leaders, as well as afford them the opportunity to interact with our delegation as the ranking members participate in the legislative session.  The dinner will be held at the CoCo-Key Water Resort Hotel & Convention Center located at 3850 East Main Street in Waterbury.

Legislators who have been invited to attend include Governor Dannel P. Malloy, and Senators Joseph Crisco, Joan Hartley, Robert Kane, Joe Markley and Len Suzio. The 16 State Representatives invited include Al Adinolfi, David Aldorando, Jeff Berger, Larry Butler, Anthony D’Amelio, Mary Fritz, Leonard Green, Jr., David Labriola, Craig Miner, Vickie Orsini Nardello, Selim Noujaim, Arthur O’Neill, John Piscopo, Rosa Rebimbas, Robert Sampson, and Sean Williams.

Municipal Officials invited to attend from the Waterbury Regional Chambers’ 13 town districts include: Gerald F. Smith, First Selectman, Beacon Falls; Jeffrey Hamel, First Selectman, Bethlehem; Michael Milone, Town Manager, Cheshire; Edward St. John, First Selectman, Middlebury; Robert Mezzo, Mayor, Naugatuck; George Temple, First Selectman, Oxford; Robert Chatfield, Mayor, Prospect; Ed Edelson, First Selectman, Southbury; Edward V. Mone, First Selectman, Thomaston; Neil O’Leary, Mayor, Waterbury; Chuck Frigon, Town Manager, Watertown; Thomas Dunn, Mayor, Wolcott; and Gerald Stomski, First Selectman, Woodbury.

Sponsors include AT&T and Saint Mary’s Health System, and the costs are $85/person and $1,100 for reserved table with priority seating for nine and program recognition. A reception will be held at 5:30 p.m., followed by the program and dinner at 6:30 p.m. Reservations for the dinner are requested by February 28.
