TSL team up with Ixis to launch website for educational leaders

Feb. 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Drupal specialist Ixis has teamed up with TSL Education to develop its TES Prime website launched this month.

TSL Education, the organisation behind TES, has 1.7 million members spread across 196 countries and host the largest network of teachers in the world. www.tes.co.uk has over 3 million unique visitors every month and 50 million page views.

TES Prime provides support in the recruitment and development of primary and secondary school head teachers and expects to receive unique visitor numbers in the region of 2,500 per week compared to the 1,000 the site was getting previously.

Ixis, based at Daresbury Innovation Centre, has also worked with TSL to develop websites for Growing Ambitions and New Teachers, all of which are valuable education resources and high value assets for TSL.

Ixis developed bespoke Drupal modules to enhance the TSL sites' functionality and provide a retained support service to develop, support and host its websites. In addition, the company provides TSL employees with consultancy on day-to-day content administration and training.
