Villa Ford is also recognized as one of the largest women-owned businesses in Orange County California, thanks to the Baldwin sisters, Karen Baldwin and Peggy Baldwin-Butler.
We are committed to serving our friends and customers and look forward to hearing from you!
Since 1970 - Villa Ford has become one of Ford’s Top 100 dealers in the country -- in volume and sales. The Baldwin family became an active part of the Orange community and has generously supported many organizations throughout the area. Recently Villa Ford donated a car to the Orange Library Foundation to help raise funds for the new Public Library.
Additionally, the company supports CHOC and Peggy Baldwin-Butler serves on the Advisory Board of the Friends of the Santa Ana Zoo. Villa Ford is also a member of the Woman’s Business Owners Association.
The owners of Villa Ford care as much about the employees as the community who have contributed to their success. The 3 owners of Villa Ford, Karen Baldwin, Peggy Baldwin-Butler, and Brian Butler, are grateful to the 100 employees who make it happen every day.
In return, and because of her teaching background, Peggy Baldwin-Butler recently created Villa Ford's "Smiley U Leadership Academy" to help her "Villa Ford Family" live a more successful life, both personally and professionally. She offers a series of free in-house seminars to employees and their spouses who want a "real world" success curriculum with real solutions for succeeding in today's changing times.

Herb and Wanda Baldwin opened an English Ford Dealership in Bellflower, California in 1956, calling it Plaza Motors. Herb had his start in the car business in Bakersfield, where he was the sales manager for the Cadillac dealer.
During the first months of owning Plaza Motors, they learned that having a dealership is a tough business. However, business was especially outstanding during the last five years of the 15 years of Plaza Motors when they sold the English Ford Cortina line.
The Baldwin dealership sold more imported Fords for those five years in succession than any other dealer in the United States.
