Jim is recognized as a well-respected direct sales and network marketing industry professional. After building strong success as a full-time field distributor, he made the leap to help corporate network marketing teams create growth and establish momentum. His expertise helped one start-up company grow from 5,000 distributors to more than 140,000 active distributors, with annual sales in excess of $120 million– all within two years.

Jim also served as the Senior Director Global Business Development of Mannatech, Inc. during its greatest growth stage of $120 million to over $420 million in annual sales and more than 450,000 active distributors.

As a licensed architect, he has also created success in other business models, He founded and served as president for a real estate and investment company, and has been involved in other traditional business ventures.
