PRLog - Feb. 7, 2012 - DUBLIN, Ireland -- If you haven’t heard of her yet, you will very soon. Ask one of her five thousand Facebook friends, and you’ll get one of two possible reactions “Anna’s such an inspiring person” or “she has helped me so much with her seminars and coaching programs, she’s amazing!”. You can only love this thirty something year old woman with the life experience and wisdom of an octogenarian.
Anna is an international speaker, co-author of “101 great ways to enhance your career” and author of the self help guide “How to boost your confidence with NLP”.
Her blog, www.dublinnlplifecoach.com is one of the most read blogs in Ireland, she has featured on Irish TV, and regularly contributes to publications such as Zest Magazine, Image, and Xpose Magazine.
And yet, she swears she is not looking for fame or fortune, just looking to make a living helping people feel good and get more of the things they want in life.
She works primarily with young professional women (25 to 40 years old) helping them boost their confidence, self esteem and motivation. “These are tough times” Anna says “a lot of people have fears and insecurities that are keeping them from enjoying their lives to the full. There are many things we have no control over, but thankfully we can learn to run our brains more effectively so we get to feel better about ourselves and get better results in all areas of our lives”.
So why doesn't everyone know Anna yet?
The fact is, Anna shies away from the limelight and chooses to focus on coaching clients at her practice in Dublin, teaching seminars in and out of Ireland, and helping entrepreneurs with new business ventures.
On asking her why she doesn’t have a new book out yet, she says “you need to sit down to write a book, and I can’t stand still for five minutes, I’ve too much energy!”. She promises it will happen soon though.
Anna’s life wasn’t always easy. Hailing from a small town in northern Spain, she has come a long way. An “A” student college dropout, she overcame an eating disorder and depression, got through redundancy, narrowly avoided bankruptcy, and went from being a shy and insecure girl to being a confident, charismatic and successful life coach who speaks five languages and has friends all over the world.
With an extensive background in the corporate world and in the health and fitness industry, she follows the principle that health plays an important part in creating lasting change all areas in life.
“A healthy body means a healthy mind. When you are healthy, your thoughts tend to be healthier too. You feel good, and so you think more clearly and resourcefully. You also make better decisions, more easily and confidently. As a consequence, you get better results in all areas in life”.
Anna is passionate, opinionated, has a contagious zest for life, and is everything you’d expect from a lovely Spanish señorita who is conquering the hearts of the Irish population one at a time.
