The U.S. Department of Labor recently released information about employment opportunities for sales careers in the United States. There findings conclude that employment opportunities will be best for those with some college education, the appropriate industry knowledge or technical expertise, and the personal traits necessary for successful selling.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics report, “There are many certifications designed to raise standards and develop the skills of sales representatives, wholesale and manufacturing. A few examples are the … the Certified Sales Professional, and the Certified National Pharmaceutical Representative. Certification may involve completion of formal training and passing an examination.”
There is a long list of pharmaceutical companies who also utilize the NAPRx when they look to add to their sales force.
