PRLog (Press Release) -
Feb. 7, 2012 - On Sunday, thousands of spectators enjoyed the atmosphere at Lucas Oil Stadium to watch the Super Bowl, thanks in part to proper cooling filtration courtesy of CItizens Thermal and LAKOS. At the IDEA Show on Wednesday, February 8, see an exclusive presentation by LAKOS on the latest techniques regarding district energy.
The presentation by Allyn Troisi, LEED AP, will showcase how Citizens Thermal effectively used LAKOS centrifugal action separators to keep the cooling tower systems clean. Using LAKOS, Citizens Thermal maintained system performance and extended equipment life, allowing them to efficiently power the city of Indianapolis, including Lucas Oil Stadium where the Giants and Patriots faced off over the weekend.
The presentation is part of the International District Energy Association’
s Annual Campus Energy Conference taking place February 6-9 in Arlington, VA. In addition to Troisi’s presentation, learn more by visiting LAKOS at table #40, where live basin sweeping demonstrations will show first hand the benefits of a centrifugal separator in a cooling tower application.
