The 2.5 release includes a module enabling integration with one of the most popular accounting systems on the market – QuickBooks. The online synchronisation feature enables the seamless transfer of all key data concerning customers and vendors between the two systems, thereby significantly streamlining the work of accounting departments in the company.
XTRF 2.5 also contains a text messaging feature that helps make communication with vendors and the company’s clients more efficient. This feature enables the sending of important messages directly to the mobile phones of the company's partners more quickly and easily. All messages that are sent are automatically saved in the XTRF™ database and assigned to the history of contacts with the given contractor.
The business reporting feature has also been improved. New, flexible reports enable the presentation of any financial and production data of the company in the form of clear graphs. The use of adapted graphs makes data reading, trends, and tendencies identification as well as future results prediction much easier, thus providing excellent support for the company's management team.
In the 2.5 release, automatic invoice generation has also been enabled. During setup, the user decides for which customers the invoices should be generated and defines the main elements of the process, such as invoice date of issue or payment deadline and conditions. Once configured, the XTRF™ system will automatically generate and send the invoice to the indicated email address.
The system has received a series of new enhancements and features, such as "advance export", enabling the export of any data stored in the XTRF™ system to selected file formats. Another new feature is the "customer review" for providing the possibility of the terminological validation of texts by the customer as part of the project workflow.
