Brass components India to augment its operations with production of Copper & Brass rods

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 7, 2012 - Brass Components India  which has been known for production of Brass fittings brass parts brass components brass anchors Brass pressed parts Brass neutral links neutral bars nuts bolts fasteners anchors tube fittings hose barbs Brass terminals Brass fittings hose fittings stainless steel fittings stainless steel hose barbs  etc with exports to 32 countries and a turnover of 16 mn US$ has decided to step up its operations by adding a new extrusion plant for Brass and Copper Rods and Ingots with a capacity for 350 metric tons/month.This involves an outlay of 4 mn US$ and total menpower of 122 people.
The project has been set up at the new industrial area of GIDC pahse III at Jamnagar Gujarat.  

The machinery for this has already been supplied by Press makers from Belgaum & the finance has been worked out with SBS.Initial production will commence in about 1 month from now & the target market is Western Europe.Brass rods and Copper ingots are used for CNC machining and Bronze casting worldwide by Brass Copper & Bronze companies.Brass and Copper (Non ferrous) machining and metal casting industry is growing at about 14 % P/A thanks to demand in segments like Automobile & electrical components.

Mr. Nilesh Savla the Chief Financial office of the company is positive to start making profits in the very first year with envisaged profit for the financial year 2012 of US$ 3 Million.The company (Brass COmponents INdia) also has future plans for IPO once the production comes on line  and company products like Brass screws nuts bolts PPR moulding inserts Brass neutral links and Copper/Brass rods and ingots are well received in the European markets.
