Hinckley, Allen & Snyder Opens Albany, NY Office with Addition of Top White-Collar Criminal Lawyers

Feb. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- ALBANY, NEW YORK, February 6, 2012:  Marc A. Crisafulli, Managing Partner of Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP, announced today that the firm is expanding its regional footprint with a new office in Albany, New York, the firm’s first office outside of New England. The office will be anchored by Michael L. Koenig, Esq., who joins from Greenberg Traurig LLP.  Hinckley Allen’s new office will be located at Omni Place, 30 South Pearl Street.

The addition of Koenig will significantly expand Hinckley Allen’s white-collar criminal, corporate and government investigations practice.

The Albany announcement marks the establishment of Hinckley Allen’s 5th office in the Northeast, its first outside of New England and follows the firm’s expansion in recent years into Hartford, Connecticut, as well as continued growth in other capitol cities throughout New England including Concord, NH, Boston, MA and Providence, RI.

Michael L. Koenig
Mike Koenig, formerly with Greenberg Traurig LLP and a former prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, represents, defends and advises corporate and individual clients in all aspects of white collar criminal matters, government investigations, corporate internal investigations and complex civil litigation.

Koenig earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from the University of Rochester.

Victoria P. Lane
Vickie represents clients in a variety of civil and criminal litigation matters. Her experience includes handling federal and state criminal investigations and proceedings, breach of contract, unfair competition, fraud, intellectual property, product liability cases and contested regulatory proceedings.  

Lane received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
