Worcester, MA : EVO Dining was one of several local restaurants serving up delicious creations at Worcester’s Best Chef. This year, Co-Owner & Executive Chef Albert Maykel III, walked away with a coveted People’s Choice Award and record breaking sales this weekend.
EVO Dining is the hot spot owned by sibling team Albert Maykel III, and Celeste Maykel-Zack. The name may be familiar, since their parents, Albert & Maggy Maykel have owned and operated Living Earth inside the same building since 1971.
Just released January 31st, the new EVO menu features Chef Maykel’s take on the Baked Lobster Macaroni and Cheese, he served up at Mechanics Hall. Winning much praise, guests can now enjoy this dish, along with many new selections. Well recognize as having something for everyone with vegan and vegetarian options, Chef Maykel continues to please carnivores alike with the new EVO Hanger Steak and the Chicken Fig Marsala, both big favorites during opening weekend among others.
