Stroudsburg, PA – A group of cyclists and athletes across America has joined together this February for the annual declaration of war against ALS, and the battleground is set at Major Hyundai in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. ALS stands for Amyotophic lateral sclerosis, which is commonly known as “Lou Gehrig’s disease.”
Daniel Dortic, an active cyclist and owner of Major Hyundai explains, “This Saturday starting bright and early at 6:00 AM, a group of dedicated athletes will begin to pedal stationary bikes on our showroom floor, and the pedalling won’t end until 10:30 PM. This committed group is raising awareness and money in the fight against this dreadful disease. I’m personally inviting the community to attend and cheer on our riders, and donate to the cause. All donations are tax deductible. People can donate at the dealership or at www.cycleforals.com. Our war on ALS is real and we need your help.”
The event is scheduled for Saturday, February 11, 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Major Hyundai is located at 1534 N. 9th St., Stroudsburg, PA. The dealership is in front of Target and Home Depot. The dealership’s phone number is (855) 201-2450.
