This large scale project began with site surveys, using AirMagnet Analytics to determine the current wireless coverage of the existing network infrastructure. The results were carefully analysed to validate the signal strength and signal/noise ratio. Adjustments to existing access points or new access points were installed to eliminate WiFi inefficiencies. All the work was successfully completed within an eight week window. ISG technology teams communicated all changes with the retailer’s support team. The WiFi roll-out project was achieved within the timescale, budget and without issues or complications.
